Wow, blink your eyes and 19 years have passed! What a pleasure it has been taking this Ironman journey and raising some cash whilst having fun. I have been, generously, given two slots to participate in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Taupo on 15 December alongside my brother, Clive and hope to use this opportunity to raise a few rands for the kids.
