Personal Message:
Every stroke, every pedal, and every step I take in the Mossel Bay 70.3 Ironman is for something far greater than crossing a finish line. I am taking part in Ironman 4 the Kidz because I believe every child deserves hope, opportunity, and the chance to dream. When the race gets tough, I will remember that there are children facing challenges far greater than a swim, a bike ride, or a run. Their courage inspires me to keep moving forward. This journey is about more than endurance—it's about making a difference. Every kilometer I complete helps raise awareness and support for children who need it most. Pain is temporary, but the impact we can make together can last a lifetime. So when you see me on the course, know that I am not racing for a medal. I am racing for every child who needs someone to believe in them, to stand beside them, and to remind them that they are never alone.
