Personal Message:
My first Ironman was a promise I made to myself, a journey of strength, healing and proving what I am capable of. This time, in Mossel Bay, my race has a different purpose. I'm running for the kids who deserve hope, support and opportunities far beyond their circumstances. I have always had a deep love for children and through my volunteer work I've seen how even small acts of kindness can change a young life. Ironman4Kids gives me the chance to keep showing up, to keep giving back, and to keep making sure that children who are less fortunate feel seen, supported and valued. Together we can make a difference.
