Ironman 70.3 - 1.9km swim, 90km ride, 21km run. Months of sweat, grit and hard training, all in the name of charity. On the 5th of September, Terry and Samantha will tackle Ironman 70.3 Buffalo City, as patrons of Round Table #1 and Wild Women on the Run, in support of African Angels Independent School.
