HELP ME SUPPORT THE CHILDREN!

Personal Message:

After losing 25% of my brain to surgery, I chose endurance sport not just to survive — but to give back. I am a 24-year-old endurance athlete from Stellenbosch. My journey has been shaped by overcoming significant personal challenges, including four major brain operations to remove tumors. I live with epilepsy and have had to recover from serious injury episodes along the way. These experiences have built deep resilience, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure — both in sport and in life. I recently completed the full IRONMAN South Africa while balancing full-time training with work, studies, and ongoing health management. Endurance sport has become more than a pursuit of performance — it is a way for me to transform adversity into purpose. Today, that purpose is bigger than me. I am raising funds through IRONMAN4KIDZ to help give children the opportunity to be healthy, active, and supported — something I believe every child deserves, regardless of their circumstances. My goal is to raise R12,500, and every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference in a child’s life. If my journey resonates with you, I would truly appreciate your support.
