Personal Message:
Team Flow and Go are joining together to make a difference in the lives of children in our Mossel Bay community. Through Ironman 4 the Kidz, every KM we swim, bike and run helps raise awareness and support for children who need it most. We are proud to race with purpose and be part of something bigger than ourselves
