1. Eligibility:

• The IRONMAN 4 Kidz “WIN A HELMET” is open to all individuals who donate and secure their R100 ticket.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of IRONMAN 4 the Kidz Charity are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• Entries will close on the 21 April 2024 @12pm.
• Entries submitted after closing will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

• Participants can enter by donating R100 to secure a ticket in the draw.
• Multiple entries are allowed; each donation of a R100 will secure a separate ticket.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner of the Competition will be selected through a random draw conducted at the end of IRONMAN week.
• The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

5. Prize:

• The prize for the drawn ticket is the Signed helmet.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other prizes.

6. Notification of Winners:

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within a reasonable time after the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, another winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:

• By participating in the Draw, participants agree to allow IRONMAN4 the Kidz Charity to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

• IRONMAN4 the Kidz Charity Trust reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

9. Sponsor:

• The Competition is sponsored by IRONMAN for the Kidz Charity Trust.
